Car was towed there over the weekend. They got right on it Monday morning. Called to let us know what was going on, performed good work

Jay and Jill, Thank you for the work you did on my Lexus. Franklin noted one simple, important item overlooked to share with the mechanics. The coolant tank was empty the following day and has required refilling twice. Had he not checked the fluid levels, not having sufficient coolant could lead to a future issue with over- heating. Thanks again and we do appreciate you all taking care of our vehicles. Janice

I was not expecting to get my car back until tomorrow but they finished it in just a couple of hours. Sean Cantù was my service advisor and was kind and listened to me and got right on it.

So I took my car in for an over heating problem they diagnosed and and gave me a quote I said go ahead . The next day a different tech called and said the starter was out that they had tested it and it needed to be replaced an additional 400$ I said no just do the work I agreed to . He said ok that it might work but it will need to be replaced . A few hours later a different guy called saying the car was ready and the starter wasn’t actually bad just a loose connection and the fixed it for free... so yeah. No doubt in my mind the starter thing was a straight up lie .. disappointed last time I took they were great ... idk what changed maybe just the tech ..?
