Couldn’t get a dealership t contact me back. Dealership Alternative not only answered their phone, they offered to get me in that day. When I did bring it in they were professional, quick and not a dealership price. I do recommend them for your service needs.

Christina and Michael are great at customer service. This shop does all the service on my Lexus GX460 at less than dealer pricing. I also get solid advice on proposed modifications.

Seems like a good place but was ultimately disappointed. Friendly staff. Responsive. My car was chewing through tires and I had just replaced the front ones again. Went in to have it aligned. They put it up on the rack and pointed out that the rear tires also had uneven wear. Said they could do a 4 wheel alignment once I had new tires. Charged me $137 as a "diagnostic fee", which was higher than the alignment they couldn't do. I purchased new rear tires and returned. This time they said the car would not align, and quoted me just short of $4000 for parts and labor to resolve the issue (struts, shocks, axles, and motor torque mount). That was more than the car is worth. Said "no" when I asked if they would at least allow me to source the parts myself to reduce costs. They charged me another $137. I took a day, ordered the parts and tools, and did the work myself for about $800. Also replaced rear control arms to allow greater rear alignment adjustment (which turned out to be a common issue on my vehicle). Dropped the vehicle off to have a 4 wheel alignment, but they refused to do it because I had not paid them to do the other work. When the "dealer alternative" shop behaves more like the dealership, I'm not quite sure what the point is.

Our warranty follows the parts we use. When we don't supply the parts, we can't warranty our labor either. We also never involve our shop in other shops or individuals repairs. It's not a good practice to engage in based on previous experiences. We try to keep the finger pointing and drama to a minimum here. Life is too short. There are shops in town that will perform these types of repairs, Dealer Alternative Auto Care just isn't one of them. We do charge for our time though, and we didn't charge you for storing your vehicle here for the extensive time it was left here. We appreciate your insight into our shop, and will take these comments under advisement. We wish you the best of luck with your vehicle.
