Good people. They do great work at a reasonable price. Very thorough and will never charge you for any repairs not needed. Have always been pleased with their service.

I was using another shop in town. Then, they closed. But they highly recommended Dealer Alternative. That was three years ago. They handle all maintenance and repairs for my truck, my girlfriend's truck, and her car. When someone asks me if I know a reliable auto repair shop in town, I always recommend Dealer Alternative. We feel like Dealer Alternative is part of the family.

Great experience with Dealer Alternative Auto Care. Great customer service. The mechanic was super knowledgeable. Told me what the car needed and we were on the road the next day. Friendly staff and fast, well priced service. They update you throughout the repair process and provide estimates for potential future repairs which is very useful when parts dont need to be replaced right away. I've used them twice and would recommend them to Friends and family.

Freon was very low (so I had a leak(s) somewhere) so needed my a/c checked. They were very thorough and did a great job fixing the problem. Nicest people you’ll ever do business with anywhere. Definitely recommend them to do any auto repair you may need. 👍👍
