Facility is very clean and well organized. When I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment I was met with a smile and friendly young lady. My truck was handled with care and respect.

The people here were wonderful, absolutely! From the first one I talked with all the way up to the owners, very nice and helpful service oriented interactions. Courtesy shuttle was great, mechanics took time to explain things however, there was a little problem with diagnosis, but they stuck by their work and made everything right! I will return to Dealer Alternative and would recommend them to others.

They were able to get me in for a same day appointment. Oil change was quick, service was great, and they have a cute dog that likes to hangout with you while you wait

We took an old van we had purchased to Dealer Alternative Auto Care (DAAC). They had the bad news of telling us all that was needed work. They found the parts for a 2002 Chevy Van and installed them with no problem. They are very honest people here. We have been back and will come back as needed. I would recommend DAAC to anyone that wants to know the work is done, safely and completely done.

Took my Land Cruiser in for a check up- they gave me a ride to another appointment while my car was checked out. Excellent diagnostic tools- very fair rates. Everyone was friendly and helpful and professional! . This is my new car care place.
