Brought my car in at 8:30 in the morning and they had the issue fixed before the end of the day. 10/10 would recommend. Their customer service is also top notch. Great communication and extremely informative.

I thought my Prius was ready for the next 100k miles, but on a trip all the brake lights lit up. It had just been serviced at another shop and I noticed that not all recommended maintenance items had been completed. As it turned out my brake problem had nothing to do with the lack of service completion. However I took my vehicle to Dealers Alternative because I had been satisfied with their repair on another of my vehicles. I took it in the morning and got a diagnosis and estimate mid morning. The work was completed on time at the agreed price. A big PLUS is the 2 shop Dobermans. BTW the brake lights are gone along with the “maintenance required” light.

I have taken 2 of my vehicles here consistently over the past 4 years and they always do excellent service. Their honesty and prices are what keep me coming back, I have brought in my vehicles before thinking it was one thing and they determine the actual issues, inform me, and execute the work in a timely fashion. they do not try to price gouge or do unnecessary work like others in the area and are always friendly and caring. 100/10 and will definitely recommend to others! thank you Dealers Alternative!!!
