The ladies in the office do a great job of communicating all the important items that must be discussed. When I was able to speak with the mechanic’s they explained all important information that was necessary.

It is hard to find a good mechanic; even harder to find one that cares about his work; and even harder to find one that is honest. Ben is an ASE certified mechanic and knows what he is doing. He kept working on my 1987 Corvette, even though the problem was elusive, because he cared. He performed several tests to isolate the problem, and, of course, some of those tests did not find the problem. Then Dealer Alternative did not charge me for the extra time spent on the work that did not work. Who does that? These guys are my mechanic from now on.
