Not A Good Start When Your Told There Gonna Call You Back And They Never Do Oh Well There's other Shops In Town

I’m not aware of any customer named Mark Gonzales that called our shop. We have looked back through our caller ID and only found this name associated with an application for employment. We are just now calling those people in for appointments, but I’m sure this wouldn’t be about a job. Who would leave a bad review for a prospective employment opportunity and expect to be hired? Please call us and clarify. This is an unwarranted review that is at the very least slanderous. We are a business that is affected by poor reviews, and we take them very seriously. Posting poor reviews without justification can make you liable to legal action, We will be taking action if this isn't removed promptly.

I recently brought my Jeep to DA - first time for me . I have been dealing with dealers for many years and I always made the assumption that the quality at a dealer service shop was higher - since they had direct connection to the vehicle manufacturer. I have learned that is not always the case. At DA, I was able to speak directly to the tech working on my vehicle and the front office staff was very involved and willing to listen and then react. A very good experience and I will become a regular customer in the near future Steve

took my 97 chevy there had a issues with the starter took it there they just tighened up the cables to make it run turns out that the starter was the inncorrect one they did not even look at the starter which i told them was the main issue i paid them 100.00 to tighten up my cable lost trust in them and will not continue my buss they motto or mission statment is dealership quality they do not meet that _

I'm disappointed that you didn't bring your complaint to us in person. We take our business very seriously and would have done everything reasonable to help you. I only see one visit for your 1997 Chevrolet truck on February 5th, 2019 (7 months ago). Your vehicle had 328963 miles and you stated that it wouldn't start. We were never able to duplicate this concern despite hours of diagnostics. It started every time we tried. The only thing we found that might have been the issue was some loose connections at the starter, but other than that it started perfectly for us every time. I'm not sure what you mean about it having the wrong starter. The starter has one job, and if it's doing that job, then we have no reason to suspect it being wrong. I appreciate your review, and we will be sure to make every possible correction to make sure it never happens again in the future. This customer tried to bring in another vehicle and said he would remove this review if we would work on his new vehicle. We declined.
