This was my first visit. Oil change, filters and they repaired/replaced my leaky oil pan plug. Enjoyed meeting Janell who greeted me handled the paperwork. This is my new care care center!
The only problem is there is damage done to the front windshield frame and part of it is broken off. I don't know if it happened with the tow from AAA but I thought I would let you know and they have been notified as well. AAA did take pictures so I am hoping for a resolution from them soon. Other than that the work was done efficiently and and I appreciate your detailed advice and honesty! Runs Great!
Took my car to Dealer Alternative because of the good reviews. Also my AC had failed during the summer heat. They got my vehicle back to me as quick as they could which was quick, and did great job with AC nice and cold.

Spoke with Kevin. He said they had good communication and were very forthcoming. It was a dealer only repair, so they were not able to fix the problem. He thought they had fair pricing , were really nice people to deal with and did a great job.
