Good Customer Service. To make a long story short... took my car to Dealer Alternative Auto Care and another shop and received two different opinions as to what was wrong with it. Ended up using the other shop and so far my car has been working fine. When I left my original review Dealer Alternative Auto Care reached out to me and asked me to come in and discuss the issue. They refunded my diagnostic fee and explained why they felt their diagnosis was still correct. Ultimately time will tell if they are right. Overall I was impressed with how they treated me once they found out I was unhappy with my experience.

Julienn said she walked into the business without an appointment, and they helped her right away. The service was done in 30 minutes, and they told her it would take 45 minutes. She was very impressed with the work the staff did. From now on, the facility will be her primary mechanic, as long as she lives in the area.

Great Place. This is an honest straight forward, clean business.

With my daughter attending Texas State while we live in Nevada, it was nice to find a fair and dependable auto repair business. We started out with just a synthetic oil change and fuel filter change on her 2002 VW Beetle TDI, when the mechanic advised of some fuel and oil leak concerns were identified. Honest discusson on the repairs needed and constant communication with scheduling a time that worked was provided by Thomas and crew.

Charles said he likes all of the guys because the work always turns out great.

Rick said they did a very good job and he appreciates the courtesy ride they gave him.

Jay said the staff were on the ball. They found other issues and didn't charge him. They did a good job.
